Bingham
Bingham is great located adjacent to the new Life Science Building for BYU. It is an easy 2 minute walk to center of campus. There are 3 private rooms and 3 shared rooms with plenty of storage space. There are two, large living rooms that are perfect for entertaining guests. The backyard includes a patio. In addition to the close proximity to BYU, Bingham is also close to Slab Pizza, The Mountain West Burrito, JDogs, and the South End Market.

|Recommended: YesGreat Price, Location, Management, Repairs. Ward Is Okay. — I love living here. No better location possible for a byu student. The room is great. lots of space. The ward is a lot younger than me on average so thats the biggest downside for me. Also the dishwasher is old and it would be great to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. Overall though best actual apartment i ve lived in as far as cost vs. what you get hands down.
|Recommended: YesGreat Location, Spacious House — Close to campus. Lots of space between the two living rooms. The Kitchen can get a little crowded, but not too badly. If you like it or not, it all depends on your roommates. The house is great.
